PVC/Nylon Copper Control Cable Overall Shield
Overall Shield
The 600 V Control Cables are listed as Type TC per UL 1277. These cables are suitable for installations as outlined in NEC 725 and NEC Article 501 and can be used in Accordance with NEC 340. These cables are suitable for exposure to weather, direct burial and for Class I, Div. 2 Hazardous Locations and Class 1 Circuits .
Conductors are insulated with black PVC and coated with an insulation jacket of clear Nylon. The conductors are then cabled with a tin/copper drain wire and Aluminum/polyester tape (non-shielded constructions are also available). A final layer of overall flame retardant PVC jacket with ripcord under the jacket completed this construction. The cable is UL listed Subject 1277 (TC) 600V applications.
