Ceramic Insulated Thermocouple Wire
CEFIR® is a TE Wire and Cable trademark for ceramic insulated thermocouple wire, rated for upwards of 2400° F/1300° C. Our ceramic fibers design withstands extreme temperatures and offers good abrasion resistance while still being flexible. CEFIR provides the highest insulating properties available in an expendable thermocouple design. All ceramic insulated cables conform to ASTM E230, IEC 584, and ANSI MC 96.1 specifications.
