High-temperature Vitreous Silica Braided Thermocouple Wire & Cable
The HG/HG Vitreous Silica Heavy Build Fiber and HG/HG Vitreous Silica Standard Build Fiber are both designed for extreme temperature applications, with continuous temperature ratings up to 1800°F. The heavy build fiber features thicker insulation on conductors and jackets and is recommended for areas with temperatures higher than fiberglass braided wires' upper limit, whereas the standard build fiber offers an economical solution for similar applications. Both options are flexible and offer accurate temperature measurement, with various customization options such as metal coverings and calibration grades available. They find applications in heat treatment, component testing, steel, aluminum, and metals production, among others, and adhere to ASTM standards for construction and error limits.
